The choice of a bonus power largely depends on how you're going to play. If you wish to go in guns blazing, Barrier, Fortification and Defense Matrix will be useful. If you wish to rely on powers instead, something that fills in a gap in your arsenal is preferred (Such as Energy Drain for Infiltrators, who lack an ability that targets shields). Bonus Powers are awarded to Shepard via conversations with Squad Members aboard the Normandy. A single Bonus Power can be chosen to add to your Power Wheel by going to the Medical Bay (on the Crew Infiltrators are tech specialists with the unique ability to cloak themselves from visual and technological detection. I think that the Huntress may be the most It cost something in ME2 it costs soemthing in ME3 You can also striaght up change just the bonus power to any other one, 5k and you get a different power and the points that you spent in the previous one. You can always reassign to the bonus power you ahd before. I used the method above to verify that power damage bonuses applied to the cluster grenades on my Drell Vanguard.

Reave is a great move, especially against organic enemies. It stuns them and gives you a temporary health boost. I like to use Infiltrator for It's one of the best CC powers in the game and a good choice for an Adept's bonus power.
